Bellwether Farm Dedication and Eucharist Information

Bellwether Farm – Sunday, November 12th, 2017

We hope you will join us and The Most Rev. Michael B. Curry and The Rt. Rev. Mark Hollingsworth at Bellwether Farm on Sunday, November 12th, 2017 for a Eucharist and Dedication Service followed by a luncheon and tours of Bellwether Farm!

Event Timeline:

• 9:00 am arrival at Western Reserve Local Schools to shuttle to Bellwether Farm
• 9:30 am – 10:30 am: Presiding Bishop Curry, Conversation with Youth and Young Adult

• 10:30 am arrival at Western Reserve Local Schools to shuttle to Bellwether Farm
• 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Eucharist and Dedication, Presiding Bishop Curry, Celebrant and Preacher

• 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Lunch and Open House Tours of Bellwether Farm

• There will be no parking available on Bellwether Farm. We are expecting a large crowd and our parking lot will not be able to accommodate all of our visitors.
• While we GREATLY encourage carpooling and even possibly renting a shuttle bus to drive entire parishes down, but there will be plenty parking available off-site at Western Reserve Local Schools.
• The address for Western Reserve Local Schools is 3851 U.S. 20 Collins, OH 44826.

Shuttle Buses:
• Western Reserve Local Schools is about a 7 minute drive away from Bellwether Farm.
• We will be providing six shuttle buses that will be running continuously throughout the day to shuttle everyone to Bellwether Farm and back to their cars.
Please arrive early and allow at least 30 minutes after you arrive at the off-site parking lot to get to Bellwether Farm.
• Shuttle buses will begin operating at 8:30 am and the last shuttle bus will depart Bellwether Farm at 3 pm. Please plan accordingly.

  Shuttle buses will stop running during the Eucharist service (11 am – 12 pm) and will resume immediately after. Again, please plan accordingly.

Handicap Accessibility:
• In order to be as accessible as we can be to any attendee that relies on the use of a wheelchair or walker, two of the six buses do have a wheelchair lift.
• We will also have volunteers at the off-site parking location and at Bellwether Farm to help attendees on and off the buses.

• While we will have outdoor heaters, it is a largely outdoor event in early November, please dress for weather.

• Lunch will be a fried chicken boxed lunch.
