Winter Convocation

Friday, Saturday - February 10-11, 2017

Kalahari Resort and Convention Center; Sandusky, Ohio

It is very helpful to us in planning when you register as early as you are able.  As an added incentive, we offer a discount for those who do so.

Here are this year's Registration Fees:
Convocation Registration including Reception (hot and cold hors d'oeuvres) and Buffet Lunch.
Bring six or more adults from your congregation and we will reimburse your parish half your adult registration fees! Have each person register on their own (and pay in full). After Convocation we will send your parish a reimbursement check. We will rely on you and your parish to take it from there. We know that isn't the easiest way to do this but for now, it's the only way we can make it happen! We’ll work on a better way for next year.
Per Person Registration on or before January 10, 2017 is $29.00
Registration is $29.00 for an adult. $10.00 for a child (aged 12 years and younger) and $75.00 family rate (for a family living in the same household).
Per Person Registration on or after January 11, 2017 is $44.00
Registration for an adult is $44.00, $15.00 for a child (aged 12 years and younger) and $110 for the family rate (for those living in the same household).
Registration cost is non-refundable.
